    • Return is possible in case you have received a damaged product.
      Please notify Majestic within five(5) days of receiving your order.
    • Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for an exchange so please attach a record of your package receipt info.

    • Returned product should be in perfect condition even if opened.
    • Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • The customer assumes responsibility for all returned product up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping via an insurable carrier is recommended.
    • Customer is resposbile for the shipping cost for returning the product to Majestic.

    - Package receipt including the date of receipt
    - Information regarding damaged product

  • [Shipping Information]

    • After confirmation of your checkout, your product will be shipped within 3 days(7 days max) to your address.
    • Lost product due to typing error of address will be the customer's responsibility.
    • Maejstic uses Korean Post only to ship out your package.
    • For international shipping, shipping fee will depend on the package weight and your location.
    • You can check your shipping fee after you input your location during checkout process.
    • You are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed on the package at customs and these charges are controlled by your country which Majestic cannot mitigate.
    • Average shipping times depend on the distance and country's clearing customs system. All products are being shipped from Seoul, Korea.
